End User License Agreement

Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your installation and use of Bellweather Studios software, including plugins, Weather Station, installers, updates, and related documentation (collectively, the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.
Scope
This EULA applies to Bellweather plugins, Weather Station, installers, updates, and related documentation. Website use, purchases, refunds, accounts, and privacy practices are governed separately by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
License Grant
Bellweather Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to 3 computers that you own or control, for personal or commercial audio production work.
- You may use the Software in commercial releases, client work, and broadcasts.
- You may install the Software on your own studio, mobile, or backup machines.
- You may deactivate an older machine to free an activation slot for a new one.
Restrictions
- You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or license key.
- You may not publish license keys, activation files, or account credentials.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law permits it.
- You may not remove copyright notices, trademarks, or branding from the Software.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Bellweather Studios retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all code, DSP implementation, graphics, documentation, and trademarks. Your purchase grants usage rights only; it does not transfer ownership.
Activation and Updates
Some Bellweather products require activation. Internet access may be required for initial activation, update checks, or license refreshes. After activation, supported products may continue to function offline as described in the product documentation.
Your license includes updates for the purchased product line. Future major versions may be offered separately.

Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. BELLWEATHER STUDIOS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY HOST OR WORKFLOW.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELLWEATHER STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove it from your systems.
