Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") covers our software. That means how you install and use it. Our software includes plugins, Weather Station, installers, updates, and related documents. We call all of these the "Software." You agree to this EULA when you download, install, or use it.
Scope
This EULA covers our software. That means our plugins, Weather Station, and installers. It also covers updates and related documents. Other areas are handled elsewhere. The Terms of Service covers website use, purchases, refunds, and accounts. The Privacy Policy covers your privacy.
License Grant
Bellweather Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to 3 computers that you own or control, for personal or commercial audio production work.
- You may use the Software in commercial releases, client work, and broadcasts.
- You may install the Software on your own studio, mobile, or backup machines.
- You may deactivate an older machine to free an activation slot for a new one.
Restrictions
- You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or license key.
- You may not publish license keys, activation files, or account credentials.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law permits it.
- You may not remove copyright notices, trademarks, or branding from the Software.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Bellweather Studios keeps all right, title, and interest in the Software. This includes all code, DSP work, graphics, documentation, and trademarks. Your purchase grants usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership.
Activation and Updates
Some Bellweather products need to be activated. You may need internet access to activate, check for updates, or refresh a license. After that, supported products can keep working offline. The product docs explain how.
Your license includes updates for the product line you bought. We may offer future major versions separately.

Warranty Disclaimer
In plain terms: we provide the Software as is. We cannot promise it will be error-free or work in every host.
Limitation of Liability
In plain terms: we are not liable for indirect or related damages from using the Software. If we are ever held liable, the most you can recover is what you paid for it.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially breach this EULA. When it ends, you must stop using the Software and remove it from your systems.
