Refund Policy
Effective July 28, 2026
Digital Purchases
Digital products are delivered right away. Unless the law says otherwise, purchases are final once download, activation, or other delivery begins.
Technical Problems
If a major technical issue keeps a purchased product from working, contact us within 14 days. We will try to fix it. If we confirm a major defect or a failure to meet published system requirements and cannot fix it, we will refund the purchase.
Charge and Delivery Problems
We will refund duplicate charges, confirmed unauthorized charges, and purchases we fail to deliver.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not limit rights that the law does not allow you to waive.
