Troubleshooting

Plugin doesn't appear in my DAW

Run a plugin rescan in your DAW's preferences. Verify the plugin file exists in the standard VST3 or AU locations that the macOS installer uses.

Meters not responding

Check that audio is playing through the track Barometer is inserted on. Verify the track is not muted or bypassed. Click the reset button to clear any stale measurements.

LUFS readings seem wrong

Ensure Barometer is the last plugin in the chain (after all processing). Reset the integrated measurement before starting a new pass. Barometer uses ITU-R BS.1770-4 - readings may differ slightly from meters using older standards.
